Role Overview & Responsibilities
Waiting Staff - £12.50ph - £13.50ph inclusive of tronc
Full-time: 40 hours avg, 5 days per week
Who we are:
BANCONE is an exciting Pasta restaurant, meaning ‘bar’ or ‘counter’, is born out of our shared vision for affordable, Michelin quality pasta for everyone.
Our unique menu consists of a modern take on Italian food, tailored to the London’s market, and we’re very proud to be offering an elevated, friendly and personable service in a buzzy, informal setting in our 2 central London venues.

We are currently looking for a_ Waiting Staff_ to join our family at our venues in Covent Garden and Golden Square. No previous experience needed, just a true passion for food and for excellent guest service.

What we require:
- Some experience in a customer or guest facing role is preferred but not essential
- Passion for food & drinks and delivering excellent customer service
- Eagerness to learn and develop
- Approachable nature, great communication skills, can-do attitude
- Being able to work as a team player as well as completing individual tasks
- Owning and taking responsibilities for own actions with an honest approach
- Complying with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
