Operations Support Manager
Ipswich/hybrid
£45,000 - £52,000

As an Operations Support Manager you will be part of the wider Operations Management team with responsibility for supporting the development and implementation of the Operations delivery plan.

About the role

You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across the business to prioritise and manage an operational business improvement plan of work. As an ambassador of Operational Excellence (4E) you will be responsible for delivering and embedding a number of improvement initiatives to support the development of Customer Operations business plans and strategy, including establishing a clear communication pathway for employees.

About you

Experience working in a customer service function with interpersonal, communication and influencing skills is a must for this role. You should have exposure to financial performance measures and targets, and performance management techniques. You’ll feel confident challenging decisions, be able to work with autonomy, and be adaptable and open to change.
