Job Scope

As an integal member of the Moto team, this role is responsible for supporting with the provision of information and co-ordination of sales and marketing information.

Role responsibilities

Working closely with the Moto team, key activities include, but not limited to
<br><br>
Sales forecast (monthly)
<br><br>
Price list and range management
<br><br>
Management of the customer master list
<br><br>
Setting customer accruals with CSD
<br><br>
Customer terms setting with CSD
<br><br>
Triggering customer rebates and releases with CSD and Finance
<br><br>
Pricing of special orders
<br><br>
Management of B2B (listings, promotions)
<br><br>
Generating weekly sales reports to field sales team
<br><br>
Receiving and coordinating new account applications from Sales team with the credit dept and CSD
<br><br>
Managing customer invoice queries
<br><br>
Time and Attendance
<br><br>
General sales admin support – ad-hoc requests
<br><br>
Order management with Contact Centre as required
<br>Opening New IP codes on SAP as required
<br><br>

Qualifications and aptitudes

Salary for this role will be £28k - £30k depending upon skills, qualification and experience.
<br><br>
Hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, with 3.45 pm finish on a Friday.

We do offer a SMART working policy which stipulates a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
